Two UK Internships Available 2009 (immediate start)

"While development aid and political reform are essential components in poverty eradication, equally important are business models that would engage low-income communities as producers and consumers in their own robust economies.

Successful business models - inherently versatile, innovative, and driven by the profit motive - can sometimes tackle development challenges more quickly and effectively than government and aid mechanisms"

We are looking for people, of any age or background, but with ideally a Masters Degree, who are interested in this approach to International Development. We can offer a chance to gain professional experience working within a small global team (without pay) for 6 -12 months.  (Full time preferred)

We are set to expand but are finding it really difficult to find local people with the right skill sets and/or experiences.  Without promising anything, you can perhaps understand our interest in getting to know people first.
